The principle management team at Empire Messaging has lived through the many changes in the industry since venturing into this business in 1993. Hosted Fax Service Venders have merged or gone out of business and Vender Management team comes and goes. But the constant throughout the years is Empire Messaging management team, and our commitment to our customers as their direct Account Manager with the Venders products and services that we offer. Back in 2007, one of our cloud-based fax vendor decided to cease operations – through our long respected history with our customers, we successfully moved those accounts to a new vendor with no interruptions to their operations.
Empire Message represents various vendors in the Cloud and SaaS/IaaS technology space as a Channel Partner, as its known in the industry. We’re an extension of their sales team, working directly with the management team and technical resources to on board new customers. Empire is known as an industry expert in hosted cloud based products such as fax, SMS/Txt, voice notification/reach, email marketing, broadcast fax/email, native SAP Fax integration and Customer Support using Txt/SMS. We take an un-biased consultative sales approach in matching customer’s technical requirements against the various vendor who we represent. We’ll review the pros/cons of each vendor technical capabilities against your requirements so that you can make an informed decision. This saves you time calling each vendor getting a sale pitch that they can fulfill all your requirements ~ over selling, and not choosing the best solution. Our goal is to put the customer on the platform that will deliver the products and services best suited for the customer and getting the best service possible out of the selected vendor. Empire has a large customer base with the various vendors we represent, that allows us to reach out to senior managers to resolve matters quickly and in the best interest of our customers.
